I started baking professionally a little less than a year back when my younger son started full day school.
I had to put my free time to good use and that is how I started. My first set of customers was my immediate family and my close friends.They are your best critics.
Prepared a baking schedule and would announce it on a local social media network. Slowly and steadily the orders started trickling in.
Participating in local carnivals helped me spread the awareness. I have a long way to go and a lot to learn in the process.
